Two reminders is the sweet spot. One isn’t enough. Four annoys people.

3. AI phone answering for missed calls

Treating “automation” as a one-time setup. The first month, you’ll find edge cases. Customers asking weird questions the AI can’t answer. Reminder templates that need adjusting. Plan to spend an hour a week tuning it for the first 60 days.

What this won’t fix

Worth saying out loud: scheduling automation won’t fix a broken business. If your conversion rate is bad, automation just means you book more bad-fit jobs faster. If your team is slow, automation just means more people see you being slow.
