Your POS Tracks Sales.
But Nobody Is Tracking Inventory.

You know what sold yesterday because the register tells you. But what is running low? What needs reordering? What has been sitting on the shelf for 90 days? That information lives in a spreadsheet nobody updates or a POS report nobody pulls. We build systems that do it automatically.

01 THE PROBLEM

You Are Running Your Inventory on Guesswork

You find out something is out of stock when a customer asks for it and you walk to the back to check. That is not inventory management, that is a guessing game.

Pulling inventory data from your POS means logging in, navigating to reports, exporting a CSV, and trying to make sense of a spreadsheet. Nobody does that daily.

Reorder decisions are based on gut feel, not data. You over-order some items and run out of others because there is no system tracking trends over time.

Seasonal shifts catch you off guard. You did not notice that item was trending up until you were already out of stock for two weeks.

THE COST OF DOING NOTHING

A single stockout costs you the sale plus the customer trust. Overstock ties up cash in products sitting on shelves. Without daily visibility, both happen more often than you think.

02 THE SOLUTION

What Happens When
Inventory Reports Show Up Every Morning

We build a system that connects to your POS (Square, Shopify, Clover, whatever you use), pulls sales and inventory data every night, and sends you a clean daily report by email. What sold, what is low, what needs reordering, and what trends are forming.

F.01

POS Data Sync

The system calls your POS API at the end of every day. It pulls all sales transactions, updates inventory counts, and calculates current stock levels. No manual counting. No CSV exports. The data is always current.

F.02

Daily Email Reports

Every morning you open your inbox and find a clear, organized report. Top sellers yesterday. Items below reorder threshold. Items with zero sales in 30+ days. No logging into dashboards. Just open your email.

F.03

Trend Analysis

The system stores historical data and spots patterns. "This item sold 40% more this week than last" or "This category always spikes in March." You see trends forming before they become problems or missed opportunities.

F.04

Low-Stock Alerts

Set reorder thresholds for any item or category. When stock drops below the line, you get an alert immediately, not at the end of the week when it is already out. You reorder before customers ever notice.

You start every day knowing exactly where your inventory stands. No logging in. No spreadsheets. No surprises. Just a clean report that tells you what to do.

THE BOTTOM LINE

POS data syncs overnight. Report lands in your inbox by morning. You know what sold, what is low, and what to reorder before you unlock the door.

04 FAQ

Questions before you book.

01 What POS systems do you support?
Square, Shopify, Clover, Lightspeed, Toast, if it has an API, we can connect to it. We built the first version for a Square-based pet store, but the system architecture works with any modern POS. If you use something else, just ask and we will let you know.
02 Can I customize what shows up in the daily report?
Absolutely. You tell us what matters, top sellers, low stock items, dead stock, category breakdowns, revenue by product line, and we configure the report to show exactly that. Some owners want a one-page summary. Others want the full breakdown. We build what works for you.
03 What if I have multiple locations?
The system handles it. Each location syncs independently, and you can get a combined report or per-location reports, or both. Multi-location businesses actually get the most value because tracking inventory across stores manually is nearly impossible.
04 How long does setup take?
Most inventory systems are live in 1-2 weeks. We connect to your POS API, configure the sync schedule, set up your report format and alert thresholds, and run a few days of test syncs before going live.
05 What's the investment?
Inventory automation starts at $1,497 for a single-location setup with daily reports. Multi-location systems with trend analysis and custom alerts run $2,497-$3,497. Flat fee, no monthly retainer. If preventing one stockout per month saves you even $200 in lost sales, it pays for itself quickly.
