01 Will my client know I work with you?
Your call. White-label mode means we are invisible. Reports, docs, deliverables all go out under your brand. Co-delivered mode means we are introduced as your AI partner and may join client calls. You pick the mode per engagement, not per contract, so you can mix as it suits each client.
02 How does the work get prioritized each month?
You drop briefs in our shared Slack. We scope each one within 48 hours and slot it into our production queue based on urgency and your input. The tier sets our team allocation, not a rigid output count. If multiple urgent things land at once we flag it on the strategy call and decide together what gets pushed. Slow months get credited toward the next.
03 Do you have an NDA / non-solicit with us?
Yes. Both directions. We sign a partnership agreement before any client work that includes a non-solicit on your client roster and an NDA on anything we see. You can share our agreement template with us, or use ours.
04 How fast can you turn around a build?
Most client builds ship in 1-2 weeks. Quick wins (lead intake, follow-up, simple automations) often in 3-5 days. Bigger systems (custom dashboards, multi-step pipelines) closer to 3 weeks. We give you a real ETA inside 48 hours of brief intake, not a vague 'soon.'
05 Who handles the client relationship?
You do. Always. We don't message your clients directly unless you put us on the channel. We don't sell them more work. We don't follow up after a build is delivered. The relationship is yours to deepen.
06 What if a client wants ongoing AI support?
You sell that to them. It is a great upsell line on top of your existing retainer. Our partnership covers unlimited maintenance on what we build for you, so you can include it in your client retainer at zero variable cost to you.
07 What if I want to exit the partnership?
After the initial 90 days, cancel any month with 30 days notice. We hand off all documentation, code, and accounts. Everything we built for your clients keeps running. We do not hold anything hostage. You keep the client. We do not reach out.
08 Can I trial the partnership before committing?
Yes. We run a paid 30-day pilot, one client build at a standard build price, to see if we work well together before you commit to the 90-day partnership. Most agencies do this and roll into Embedded or Studio after.
